Keith Hague is Vice President – Construction and Development, overseeing design, permitting and construction for EDENS’ mixed-use development projects. Keith manages development projects across the company’s Northeast portfolio, and is most recently involved with the South Bay Expansion project, one of the largest approved mixed use projects in the City of Boston consisting of 750,000 square feet across 11 acres in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston.

Keith has over 30 years of construction and development experience. In his current role, Keith leads the management of due diligence for acqusition opportunities (including zoning, cost, risk and feasibility analysis), the entitlement process (including community outreach) and environmental / hazardous material clean-up and remediation.

Prior to joining EDENS, Keith worked for Shaw’s Supermarkets as its Director of Real Estate for the Southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut regions. There, he formulated and implemented Shaws’ real estate expansion program for the area, as well as analyzing, coordinating and negotiating new development opportunities. Keith also worked for The Stop and Shop Supermarket Company as its Real Estate Development Manager for the Connecticut region.

He graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
