We want to be good stewards – not only in our retail centers, but also in the communities we call home. We recognize our responsibility to cultivate a great internal culture where our people can not only thrive at EDENS, but also enrich and improve their own communities.  Through continuing education; volunteering occasions and cultural sponsorships, our people are given rich opportunities. Every year, EDENS employees come together in a community service day to volunteer at a variety of charitable organizations. In one day, we give over 2,000 hours of community service, the equivalent of one person volunteering full time for a year.
